These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fixlp ("fixlp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at fixlp.net. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the fixlp platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety.

fixlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the fixlp platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms apply to all products, services, features, and content available on fixlp.net, including but not limited to: sports betting markets, live casino table games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, bonuses, and free bet credits. The Terms apply regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform.

If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Use of the fixlp platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fixlp does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register an account or participate in any betting, casino, or gambling activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of fixlp is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by fixlp or by any third-party responsible gaming organisation, that restricts your access to gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when registering or using the fixlp platform. All accounts must represent a single, real natural person acting in their own capacity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your location of residence.

Parents and guardians are strongly advised to use parental control tools and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including fixlp. To access betting markets, casino games, and other features on fixlp, you are required to register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on fixlp. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is your responsibility.
• Contact information accuracy: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible. fixlp uses these channels to communicate important account notifications, security alerts, and verification requests. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays to payment processing or account access.
• Verification: fixlp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals, activating promotional bonuses, or in response to a security review. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days). Accounts that do not complete a verification request within the specified timeframe may be suspended until verification is completed.

fixlp reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive intent.

fixlp supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account-level limits applied during verification or responsible gaming reviews.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the fixlp account wallet within two minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the sending institution. fixlp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested once a player has completed any applicable account verification requirements. Withdrawal requests will be processed back to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. fixlp does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not previously used for deposit by the requesting player.
• Withdrawal processing time: fixlp aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Actual arrival times depend on the receiving payment provider. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally processed fastest.
• Currency: All transactions on fixlp are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where international card payments are made in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the issuing bank are outside fixlp's control.
• No third-party payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are not accepted and will be reversed where identified.

fixlp offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds issued to your account wallet are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Eligible games: Not all games on fixlp contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino table games, sports bets, and other game categories may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering progress. Game contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse: fixlp operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — placing low-risk or hedged bets to manufacture wagering progress without meaningful risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• One welcome bonus per player: Welcome bonus offers are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a secondary account will result in account suspension.
• Promotion expiry: All promotions and bonus credits have an expiry period after which uncompleted wagering requirements will lapse and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and cancellation: fixlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event a promotion is cancelled after bonus funds have been credited, any unfulfilled wagering requirement may be waived at fixlp's discretion.

Players who have active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements should note that withdrawal requests made before those requirements are met may result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited. The principal deposited amount (excluding the bonus value) will remain available for withdrawal in such circumstances.

By using the fixlp platform you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times during your use of the service:

• You will use fixlp solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You will maintain accurate, current, and complete personal information on your fixlp account and will update your account details promptly whenever any information changes.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and will not share your login details with any other person. You will notify fixlp support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You will only use funds for wagering and deposits that are legitimately your own and that have not been derived from any criminal activity. You will not use fixlp for any purpose connected with money laundering or financial crime.
• You will engage with fixlp's responsible gaming tools where you have concerns about your own gambling behaviour and will not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion arrangements or account restrictions that have been applied at your own request.
• You will treat fixlp staff, support agents, and other players with respect in all communications. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at fixlp personnel through any channel will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
• You will not attempt to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the fixlp platform's technical infrastructure, including its software, databases, servers, or payment processing systems.

Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in warnings, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of outstanding wagers and bonus balances, and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation, at fixlp's sole discretion.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on fixlp and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. fixlp reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon identifying any of the following:

• Fraudulent activity: Any use of fraudulent payment instruments, stolen card details, compromised mobile wallet credentials, or other fraudulent financial means to fund an account or initiate a withdrawal.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games or coordinated sports betting to manipulate settlement outcomes.
• Match-fixing and integrity breaches: Any participation in, facilitation of, or benefit derived from the manipulation of sporting events on which fixlp offers betting markets. Accounts suspected of involvement in match-fixing will be suspended and reported to relevant sporting integrity bodies.
• Automated software: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, arbitrage software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the fixlp platform in a manner that provides an advantage not available to human players operating manually.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider while retaining the benefit of funds already wagered or withdrawn from a fixlp account. Any account subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount pursued through available legal channels.
• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one fixlp account, whether the accounts are in the same name or under different identities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, false age information, or false documentation during registration or verification processes.

Either party may initiate the closure of a fixlp account under the following conditions:

Closure at the player's request: You may request the closure of your fixlp account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus balances must be completed or forfeited. Any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts subject to pending withdrawal requests or active security reviews may require additional processing time before closure is finalised.

Suspension or closure by fixlp: fixlp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by fixlp.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or instruction from a regulatory body requiring account suspension.
• Discovery that the account holder is registered on a self-exclusion list that applies to fixlp.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the responsible gaming tools inside the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires. fixlp will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its platform; however, players must also take personal responsibility for avoiding access during an exclusion period.

Data retention following closure: Account data will be retained by fixlp following closure for the period required by applicable data retention obligations. Retained data will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Requests for data deletion following account closure can be submitted to our support team and will be handled subject to legal retention requirements.
